These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by OC Pets Veterinary Clinic L.L.C ("OC Pets"), located at Shop 2, Art 18, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. By visiting our clinic, using our website, or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
OC Pets provides veterinary care including consultations, diagnostics, surgery, dental care, vaccinations, hospitalization, and wellness programs. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with UAE veterinary regulations.
Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or online. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Emergency cases are triaged based on clinical urgency. Walk-in emergencies take priority over scheduled appointments when life is at risk.
Before any procedure or surgery, you will be asked to provide written informed consent. You confirm you are the legal owner or authorized representative of the animal.
All fees are payable at the time of service unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfer. Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable.
Treatment estimates are provided in good faith and may change if unexpected findings arise. We will notify you of material cost changes before proceeding where clinically possible.
Unpaid balances are subject to a follow-up process. We reserve the right to refer outstanding debts to a collections agency after reasonable notice.
OC Pets Veterinary Clinic is registered for VAT in the UAE (TRN: 105177861900003). VAT at 5% applies to all taxable services rendered on or after 15 February 2026.

If an animal is left uncollected beyond the agreed discharge date, boarding fees may apply.
OC Pets exercises reasonable professional care. However, veterinary medicine involves inherent risks. We are not liable for outcomes arising from pre-existing undisclosed conditions, unforeseen surgical complications, the animal's own behavior, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

With your prior consent, we may photograph or film your animal for clinical records, training, or marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
